The customer data will be stored only for order processing and customer relationship reasons. No data will be provided to any third party.

If you need to return a product, please contact us via e-mail before sending the goods. Otherwise we are not able to accept the delivery. The customer has a cancellation period of 14 days starting with the receipt of the delivery. The goods must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging. The sender has to bear the risk and the costs of the return shipment.

The invoice has to be paid in Euros. Any costs of currency exchange, money transfer, etc. has to be paid by the customer himself. If the delivery address is in a non EU country the goods will be shipped without VAT and without customs fees on the invoice. All additional charges (e.g. customs fees, national VAT) has to be paid by the customer.

If any of the above regulations violate national law of the customer, the national law regulations will be used instead.

The contractual relationship between the customer and the GBI Event GmbH shall be governed exclusively by German law. Jurisdiction is Neuss.

Should individual terms of this Agreement be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to later circumstances, the legal effectiveness of the other provisions is not affected.
